Betty Ferreira leads ReStructure Non-Profit Consulting, and a variety of Associates are employed on an as-needed basis to work with organizations in need of restructuring.
Betty is a nonprofit executive and turnaround-restructuring specialist. She has successfully strengthened, restructured and started the operations of several nonprofit organizations at the local, provincial and national levels. Betty’s approach stabilizes, restructures and renews strategies, operations and finances to create resilient and sustainable organizations.
Known for her ability to conduct thorough organizational assessments that assess the challenges and issues impeding the organization’s ability to reach its objectives, an essential part of Betty’s change management and turnaround tactics including requiring transparency, participation, ownership and accountability of the staff and board members in any restructuring plan.
Betty has assisted organizations to strengthen, restructure and develop strategic plans, financial and human resources systems, and to develop program and operating models.
